The entire manufacturing process is created within our design studios and produced in our own factory. Beginning with the yarn and ending with the completed garment. The most sophisticated techniques allow us to produce the finest of yarns and combine them with creative design and strict quality control to achieve a truelly outstanding finished article. For the preparation of our products we use the following materials: cashmere cashmere – merinos merinos - extra fine cotton cotton - silk cotton crepe cotton - viscose mercerized cotton piquet mixed cotton mixed wool We use a complete inner cycle: starting from the weaving unit that uses electronic rectilinear machines that work woven that are gauge 5-7-12, to the pre-iron of the woven, to the cutting of the several lines with electronic machinery, to the phase of preparation with “rimaglio“, to the packaging with 2 needles for the application of woven or leather, to the ironing. Our most recent development has allowed us to create a garment combining knitting with fabric or leather enabling us to design and perfect garments with “aplique”.
